Sustainability governance is grounded in our values and our commitment to responsible, transparent business. Our sustainability strategy was developed by Soufflet Malt’s Executive Leadership Team and approved by the Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board provides strategic oversight of sustainability, while our Audit, Nomination and Remuneration and Sustainability committees guide ethical conduct, compliance and the delivery of our environmental, social and governance (ESG) ambitions. Function level sustainability leads and regional teams support implementation, with progress monitored through measurable key performance indicators (KPIs).
Our governance framework is reinforced by clear ethical standards, transparent reporting and independent assurance. Our company-wide code of conduct unifies expectations for integrity, fairness and responsible behaviour across all regions. Together, these elements create a governance foundation that supports informed decision-making, accountability and continuous improvement.
