Jorge Solis is the Chief Executive Officer of Soufflet Malt. He also serves on InVivo’s Executive Committee.
With an impressive track record of leadership, growth and innovation in international markets, Jorge brings 30 years of experience in industrial transformation and value-chain optimisation, gained across complex technology-driven manufacturing environments. He is recognised for leading multicultural teams, steering businesses through strategic change and delivering sustainable growth across European, American and global markets.
Before joining the agri-food sector, he served as CEO of Punch Powertrain and held several executive roles at WABCO, notably President of the Truck, Bus & Car OEMs Division. His foundational career includes 16 years at Valeo, where he led purchasing and quality operations across Mexico, the United States and France.
Jorge holds Master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering and International Marketing and is an alumnus of the INSEAD General Management Programme.
Guillaume Couture is Soufflet Malt’s President for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Guillaume Couture is a seasoned international executive with expertise in commercial growth, business transformation and operational leadership. With a strong track record of leading complex organisations and driving long-term performance, he brings extensive experience in strategy execution, market development and organisational leadership across the agribusiness and industrial sectors.
Guillaume has spent more than 16 years with the Soufflet Group, where he has held senior leadership positions including Managing Director EMEA, Deputy CEO and Commercial Director. Throughout his tenure, he has played a key role in strengthening the company’s market position, accelerating commercial performance and supporting the transformation and international growth of the business. Earlier in his career, he occupied management roles at Société Générale and Accenture.
Guillaume holds an engineering degree from École Centrale de Lyon and is an alumnus of INSEAD.
Cyril Charzat is the President of Soufflet Malt’s Asia-Pacific region.
Cyril is an accomplished international business leader with strong expertise in commercial growth, brand development and market expansion across the global food and beverage sector. With experience spanning the Asia-Pacific, European and international markets, he has built a strong track record in accelerating business performance, leading high-growth operations and developing strategic partnerships in complex competitive environments.
Cyril has held several senior leadership roles, including Managing Director of Heineken in Asia, and Sales and Marketing Director for the company’s Asia-Pacific region. Earlier in his career, he served as Juice Marketing Director at PepsiCo and held several sales and marketing positions at Danone. He has also been actively involved in entrepreneurial and investment ventures in the food and beverage industry, bringing a broad commercial and strategic perspective.
Cyril is a graduate of NEOMA Business School and has completed executive leadership programmes at Harvard Business School.
Julien Plenchette is the President of Soufflet Malt’s Americas region, which includes United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America and South America.
He brings over 25 years of experience and is recognised for his ability to align leadership teams, drive profitable growth and build high-performing organizations that deliver sustainable results.
Before taking up his current position, Julien served as Chief Operating Excellence and Technology Officer at TI Automotive, where he led global operational performance, technology, engineering and product strategy. In this role, he strengthened governance and drove post-merger integration across a large international footprint. Prior to this, he was President of the Americas at TI Automotive and ZF, with full profit and loss responsibility for multi-billion-dollar businesses across multiple countries.
Julien holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from ESTACA in Paris, as well as- an international executive education in Finance and General Management from INSEAD/CEDEP in France.
Nicolas Carré is Soufflet Malt’s Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
Nicolas brings over 20 years of experience across finance, investor relations, operations, procurement, IT and large-scale transformation programs within global, publicly listed companies in different industries. His expertise covers financial strategy, corporate governance, performance management and operational excellence, with a strong track record of driving business growth, leading complex transformations and delivering sustainable long-term value creation in international organizations.
Before joining Soufflet Malt, he was Group CFO of Eramet, where he led the company’s global financial operations, including investor relations, procurement and IT. He previously played a central role in Tarkett’s IPO as Group Financial Controller, later becoming CFO of its North American division. Earlier in his career, he held finance roles at Lear Corporation and PwC.
Nicolas holds a Master’s in Finance from ICN Business School and a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from Université Nancy-II.
Bénédicte Le-Deley is Soufflet Malt’s Chief People Officer.
Bénédicte is an experienced executive leader specialising in human resources, organisational transformation and people strategy. She brings expertise in leadership development, employee engagement and change management, with a strong track record of leading complex transformation initiatives across both public and private organisations.
Bénédicte has held several senior leadership positions, including Managing Director of Défense Mobilité, the French Ministry of Armed Forces’ retraining and career transition unit, and Secretary General of ANDRH, France’s national association of human resources directors. She also led Human Resources at the consulting firm Julhiet Sterwen, where she contributed to organisational development and transformation programmes.
Bénédicte holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a master’s degree from Sciences Po Paris.
Matthieu Baschet is Soufflet Malt’s Chief Information Officer.
Matthieu Baschet combines strategic technology leadership with extensive experience in digital transformation across complex global organisations and international environments. During his career, he has led major enterprise systems programmes, strengthened IT governance frameworks, and supported business performance through large-scale digital modernisation initiatives.
Before joining Soufflet Malt, Matthieu served as Head of IT SAP at Savencia. Earlier, he held several senior IT leadership positions at Danone, where he led transformation programmes across global operations with a focus on enterprise resource planning, data and information systems and digital enablement at scale.
Matthieu holds a Master’s in Management Science from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL and has completed an executive programme at the KEDGE Business School.
Stéphanie Couture is Soufflet Malt’s Chief Legal Officer.
Stéphanie combines legal expertise with broad strategic and business advisory experience gained across international organisations and entrepreneurial ventures. Her background spans governance, corporate risk and compliance, intellectual property, M&A and regulatory leadership, providing a well-rounded perspective on supporting business growth and protecting long-term enterprise value.
Before joining Soufflet Malt, Stéphanie served as General Counsel at i4F Patents & Technologies. She was also General Counsel for Tarkett and played a key role in the company’s IPO. In addition to her corporate leadership experience, she has worked as an investor, lawyer and strategic advisor, bringing an entrepreneurial and commercially minded approach to legal stewardship. Earlier in her career, Stéphanie held leadership positions in legal services and communications at Unibroue.
Stéphanie has a law degree from Université de Montréal and is a member of the Bar of Québec.
Laurent Debande is Soufflet Malt’s Chief Growth and Innovation Officer.
Laurent brings a sharp growth mindset and a strong track record in innovation, business development and strategy across the global food and consumer goods industries. With a reputation for driving market expansion and accelerating innovation pipelines, Laurent has developed high-value growth platforms across many international markets.
Prior to Soufflet Malt, Laurent served as Chief Executive Officer of Produits Jock (a private equity backed company) and earlier in his career at Eurial (Agrial Group). He held senior leadership positions at Danone and Mondelēz International, where he led marketing and commercial growth initiatives, innovation strategies and international market development programmes across the Europe, Russia, South America, Middle East and Africa region.
Laurent has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from NEOMA Business School and in business law from Bordeaux University.
Susan Marro-Fournier is Soufflet Malt’s Chief Communications Officer.
Her extensive international experience includes leading corporate affairs and marketing communications. She has supported global organizations through growth and transformation by driving initiatives that protect and enhance reputation, bring strategy to life and align with stakeholder expectations.
Susan has held senior leadership roles across B2B and B2C companies, notably at GEFCO and KFC, where she led communications to build corporate and brand reputation, business development, partnerships and employee engagement. She has also played a key role in advancing corporate philanthropy and purpose-driven initiatives. In addition, she brings over a decade of communications consultancy experience across food and healthcare industries, advising global brands on strategic communications and employee experience.
Susan holds an Executive MBA from ESG Paris and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the American University in Paris.
Sophie Godier is Soufflet Malt’s Chief Sustainability Officer.
Sophie Godier brings extensive expertise in operational and sustainability leadership, particularly in environmental, social and governance strategy across international industrial operations. Notably, she has played a key role in advancing sustainability integration, quality practices, and operational performance at Malteries Soufflet.
Sophie began her career as a production engineer in the agri-food industry, before taking on a role as a commercial manager in an agricultural company. At Malteries Soufflet she was an IT project manager, and a QSE manager across various factories and functions, later moving into senior health, safety and environment leadership positions.
Prior to her current position, she served as CSR Director, where she led the structuring and acceleration of the company’s global sustainability roadmap, helping to strengthen sustainability governance and implementation worldwide.
Sophie is an Engineering graduate of École Nationale Supérieure de Meunerie et des Industries Céréalières (ENSMIC).
Tim Richardson is Soufflet Malt’s Chief Operations and Transformation Officer.
A seasoned international executive, Tim brings senior leadership experience in business, operations and large-scale industrial transformation. He has led organisations covering complex global operations in highly technical manufacturing environments, with proven expertise in operational excellence, performance improvement and organisational transformation.
Before joining Soufflet Malt, Tim served as Managing Director of Operations at Miba Friction Group and Chief Operating Officer at Rimac Automobili. He also spent more than a decade at BorgWarner in senior global and operational roles. Earlier, he held leadership positions at Honeywell and TRW Aerospace after beginning his career as an Officer in the British Army.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science from King’s College in London and trained at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
