Research shows that 70% of learning happens through on-the-job experience, 20% through peers, and just 10% through formal programmes, and our approach reflects exactly that. Our MALT-Up Academy brings world-class learning from outside the organisation, while equally creating the space for our teams to share what they already do best, benchmark and learn from each other.
