Our agronomists are the first link in the malt chain, and one of the most vital. Working closely with barley farmers across multiple regions, you’ll advise on crop selection, regenerative agriculture practices and quality standards that meet the exacting standards of malted barley. You’ll monitor the impact of climate variability on harvests, trial new barley varieties, and help shape the agricultural partnerships that underpin everything we do. This is fieldwork, like you’ve never done it before.
