Our malts

Canadian-grown malt for brewing, distilling and ingredient innovation

Canada Malting Co. offers a comprehensive range of malted barley, specialty malts and flaked grains designed to meet the needs of brewers, distillers and food manufacturers.

Our malts are known for their strong enzymatic packages, high extract potential and consistent performance, making them well-suited for a wide range of applications across beer styles and spirits. The diversity of Canadian barley varieties allows for flexibility in formulation, supporting both traditional styles and modern product development.

In addition to core malt offerings, Canada Malting Co. produces a range of unmalted adjuncts, including flaked oats, rye, wheat and barley, which are used by brewers and distillers to enhance haze, body and flavour.

With the recent investment in a dedicated adjunct processing and packaging facility, Canada Malting Co. now brings this capability in-house. This allows for greater control over product quality, improved food-grade production standards and increased cost efficiency. The facility also enables more flexibility in production, allowing recipes and processing conditions to be tailored to meet specific customer needs.
